Easy to use

Great easy to use ap. Adjusting setting is intuitive and fast. Just finished my first workout and Im excited for tomorrows.

Great workout app!

I just used it for the first time and I really enjoyed the workouts. I wasnt sure about one of the exercises and saw that they had a video for each one. Easy to use and to pause so you can go on your own pace

I was pleasantly surprised with this app. These exercises are some of the same I have done with a trainer, and they are challenging for sure!

Nice Challenge

I just started this workout today. I bicycle a lot but this exercise routine really took effort. I hope to be able to do three sets in a row soon. Great app.

Good for a quick workout

I needed something to get me motivated. This is easy to do each morning. I am not sure if it will be something I use for a long time. I dont see a way for it to push me.

Ruined

Was a good app. Ruined with the recent update. No longer user friendly, ads interrupt you.

Huffing and puffing

Ive done two rounds of this and Im huffing and puffing and sweating so thats a good sign, yeah? Im going to keep this up daily and see how my fitness and endurance improves. Wish me luck!

This app is great for a busy mom, trying to get back into shape. It will have you sweating for sure, and you can really do this before the kids wake up.

7 min. Workout for a 72 year old is great... Especially for a beginner

Therere much better options out there

Missing exercises, tons of ads, push ups show wrong picture ... There are other free apps that are much better, uninstalling.

Its all about HIIT!

From beginner to advanced, youll find this app useful. If you cant fit going to the gym, train at home. You can increase the number of reps to your intensity level - make in 7min, 56 min, or more - completely adaptable! Liking it :)
